This wine is made from golden and sugary Moscato grapes that benefit from a perfect microclimate, properly irrigated with clay soils, and harvested in perfect ripeness. Cold must is brought to a temperature close to freezing to keep the fermentation process at a halt until the time is right. Fermentation occurs with natural sugars. The wine is bottled with the technique of cold sterile microfiltration.

Vinification and refinement

Semi-sparkling, sweet, and aromatic wine. Fresh and fragrant with aromas of ripe stone fruit, tangerines, and honey. Rich in flavor, it maintains a balance between sweetness and richness.

Food paring

Perfect for sipping or as an aperitif, it blends nicely with fruit, cheese desserts, and pastries in general. Serve at 46-50°F (or 8-10°C).
