This wine is made by 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir grapes. The vinification process is in white, by soft pressing that is 24 hours contact with pulp and skin.

Vinification and refinement

Light golden yellow color with an elegant aroma and harmonic perfumes. It presents a dry, full, and sapid taste.

Food paring

Hors d’oeuvres, fish or egg based light starters, light rice dishes, sushi, sashimi, white meats, fish, and vegetable tempura dishes. Suggested serving temperature at 53°F (or 12°C).
