Description: Intensively aromatic wine with floral notes accompanied by the taste of litchi fruits, typically associated to the Traminer grape. A wine with excellent structure, soft and creamy, suitable for long aging in bottle. 

Vinification and refinement: The grape harvest takes place in two stages, depending on the time of ripening of the grapes making the blend. The grapes are fermented for long periods in tanks at very low temperature, about 6°C to keep the intensity of the aromatic Traminer intact. The wines are then assembled and kept in stainless steel tanks for a further period of aging before the bottling, usually after six months from the harvest. 

Food pairings: Excellent with all seafood and white meats, preferably spicy. Serve at cellar temperature, 16-18°C.
