Vinification and refinement: Fresh and fruity wine made with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes cultivated in the cru vineyards of Boccanera and Poggiarelli in Burchino Estate. The grapes are separately hand-picked, Merlot at the beginning of September and Sangiovese in October.
Fermentation at controlled temperature at around 18- 20°C for the Merlot. Cold pre-fermentative maceration and later at 22-24°C for the Sangiovese. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Food pairings: Great wine for the whole meal, easy drinking to accompany Mediterranean dishes.
